Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

There was a lot of good men working in the pits. Just as there was a lot of good men working in every other industry.
However, there was also a fair number of out and out shithouses who I wouldn't piss on if they was on fire.

That's the way things go in life, tha'knows.

Yes, I worked for the NCB. 1974 until 1986. Couldn't get out of there quick enough. It was great!
