Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I don't know what was wrong with him Brian, I saw his daughter a few months back, she didn't say that he was ill or anything. The last time that I saw him was about a year ago,he was having a smoke outside of Wigan market hall with Jack Turner, another rum card.
