In Wigan it would be Steak on a Shovel, cooked over an open coal fire, and it would be great if it was actually real Wigan coal being used, and say so open a small drift mine in Wigan, and market the coal has real Wigan coal, maybe using that cannel coal, which burns very well.

Folk would pay a daft price for it
