If the Council had not allowed as many late night clubs and bars, they might still have many more pubs and a more vibrant pub scene like Chorley have in and around their town centre due to having no late nightclubs.

Some of the few pubs remaining in and around Wigan town centre are only there, thanks to Tony Callaghan.

If anyone wants to talk about tossers, look no further than some of the Councillors who have ruined Wigan with many of their decisions regarding the town centre.
