Two Jabs off!

You need to show proof of vaccination OR negative test result.
You also have to fill in a 'passenger locator form'.

When you want to come back, you have to show proof of vaccination AND negative test result PLUS 10 days isolation, PLUS proof of a pre-booked test on day 2 after arrival and on day 8 if you're not vaccinated PLUS fill in a passenger locator form.
If you want, you can pay for a day 5 test, which releases you from isolation if it's negative (blatant fraud!)

However, I'm exempt from isolation but have to have a test to re-enter UK , which is €30.
Day 2 and day 8 is free, from NHS bespoke testing for frequent overseas workers.
