So far, Platty, private vehicles aren't included.
Think of this - according to government figures, "77,000 non-compliant (pre 2016) vans registered in Greater Manchester.".
That, taken that each van is worth an average of £2,000, is £154 million worth of vehicles that are going to be useless in their local area and, should they allbe used illegally, the penalties would amount to £3 million a working week!
I wonder if any compensation will be due?
