Back on topic, and "Bolton Council.. A purge on beggars in their town centre ...".
What a pity they are active against the beggars, yet completely ignore the fact that there are many drug dealers operating from shops all around Bolton (and most other towns) and the sheer number of Asian families claiming benefits through numerous loopholes.
