I was out of deal last October, went from £71 to £128 on one of the last deals to be had for dual fuel. I am tied in till November 2023, so hopefully prices will drop by then. However when I got my bill after 6 months they wanted to drop the electricity part of the bill by £42 and changed the direct debit accordingly even though I owed them approx. £145. I put it straight back up as my electricity usage won't change. My gas usage was pretty low and I was in credit by approx. £70 after a 6 month winter bill. They said I was on track and no change to my payments!
