TTS, there was plans in the past of marketgate being the new home of the market hall, the corinthia cafe which had 2 floors was a big hit in the 80s, what was the old co op and then index is a very big area, however some units in there have been condemned for a long time because of asbestos materials, but I do agree it could be turned into a good shopping area having a lift and escalators already in there.
