We used to have a belting market hall with a huge car park right next to it. It was simple, it worked, no-one i knew wanted it flattened. Roll on another 30 years and i can see it being flattened again as a result of another wigan council failure. If i am to move again it won't be Wigan borough. Chorley, Bury, Ormskirk have much better town centres.
