I think the references to the car parking, will mean the existing car parks in and around the town centre, because there is simply just not the space for a car park of that size there, even if they used to present underground service area of The Galleries, even down there you would be struggling to park more than about 50 cars.

I am sure they could come up with a better plan for the place than the one proposed.
