Breakfast is recommended as it kick starts your metabolism into fat burning, or so I have read. My breakfast is almost always, a small amount of porridge and about 40grams of blueberries. Lunch is usually home made veg soup followed by a small banana or a few grapes with a little fat free Greek yogurt, that's if I'm home for lunch. Soup made in batches and frozen.
If I have eaten out for lunch, tea will be the veg soup.
I don't mind cooking at all, nor washing up for that matter. Any one of my meals will include one or more of my five a day.
Important for older people to have nourishing meals, or so my doc says.
