Those of you eating three or four meals a day:
That's 3 (or4) sittings to eat
3 (or4) meal prep times
3 (or4) washing up
Do you get time for anything else?
I have a couple of slices of toast for breakfast (occasionally but rarely may have kipper or egg or fried brekky)
Then, normally do not eat again until evening.
(Though if I am doing heavy physical work, and need to replace the calories, may have a bought sandwich during the day: a very rare occurrence.)
Evening meal: I guess 90% of my intake of flesh protein is fish, though I do eat chicken, and even less frequently, red meat.
About once or twice a month, have a fillet steak.
AND TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT
Steak
onions
boiled potatoes
green beans
broccoli
asparagus
glass of Chianti
Have to get my five a day all into one meal. OK, only four in the above, but will also have a piece of fruit.
