Well, yes it can be.

The problem is it is not necessarily consistently so.

I have had 5G download speeds in excess of 80Mb/s

But it can slow down to an unusable crawl: slower than the old dial up, and speed indication being in 'k's not 'M's.

Worse still At peak usage it often is unavailable, and instead dumps you down to 4G, or even 3g, or even H+
