linma, Do you make your own Yorkshire Puds, or buy them in?

I love Yorkshire puds.

I do not take milk in tea or coffee, so only buy milk if I expect having visitors.

So, usually, I have been buying ready made Yorkshire puds, as I do not have milk in stock for making YP mix.

I understand you can just use water (no milk). Opinions online differ concerning the quality.

I do not know if the pre-packaged YP mix product requires milk.

Have not got around to trying these latter alternatives, but I do feel better about making my own than buying the ready made.
