Whilst i think it is deplorable for an MP to waste parliamentary time with such trash , if that be the case and Bonkinig Boris said he will look into it , THEN HAS WIGAN GOT IT'S OWN CASE TO GET RID OF THE SHACKLES THAT IS GREATER MANCHESTER ???? I WAS BORN WIGAN IN LANCASHIRE ,LIVE WIGAN IN LANCASHIRE ,AND WILL DIE IN WIGAN LANCASHIRE ,,,,,,
