At least it's a brownfield site, part of the old Heinz production facilities before they relocated to Kitt Green. I do feel for the businesses that were here that were CPO'd to make way for this. Some had been there quite a while and were doing well. The new estate will be off quite a busy road with HGVs servicing the retail park further down towards the old Mill ( Carringtons ) but quite close to some excellent schools, especially St Maries. I presume Bradley Hall, a Grade 2 listed building not to far away from all this is still intact, and will remain so.
