Three men have been charged following a fatal fail to stop road traffic collision on Bell Lane in Wigan on 12 May 2006 in which Shaun Brennan from Marsh Green was killed.

Stephen Murphy (born 02/09/74) from Navenby Road in Hawkley Hall, Wigan was charged with causing death by dangerous driving and theft of a vehicle

Marc Richard Moore (born 06/08/85) from Lamberhead Road in Norley Hall, Wigan was charged with one count of theft and one count of theft of a motorvehicle.

Kieron Ashcroft (26/08/75) from Heysham Road in Kitt Green, Wigan was charged with theft of a vehicle and possession of a prohibited article.

All three are due to appear before Wigan Magistrate's Court on Monday 13 November 2006
