That may be correct, but the facts of todays house building has nothing to do with why they are building more expensive houses and not enough affordable social housing for those less fortunate and no bungalows for the increasing elderly population.

In Wigan, there are now bungalows built by the Council for the elderly and disabled people now owned by younger and fit people as a result of the folly of allowing bungalows to be included in the right to buy!
