Yeah you see the odd bit of new build shoddy subcon workmanship along with a compo-face in the Sun now and again but it gets put right in the end.

Ask yourself a question….If modern housing designs and construction techniques were not up to an adequate standard would the banks and building societies be lending billions of their pounds against them for in some cases 35 years?
