Does anyone or can anyone tell me where to find out all about this clean air act ,that is going to come into force in MAY this year ? I have been informed by a distant relative that he will have to pay £70 per day to travel into Manchester to work ,he currently owns and drives a Range Rover it is 12 years old , he his getting very worried ,i just cannot take it in that he will have to fork out so much just to get to work ,plus the petrol cost too.. Also who the hell came up with this ?? I would like to know if his vehicle was eg all electric is there no charge ??? GB .
