They should do that guy in the light blue anorak in Hindley He's not homeless he has a flat and is on benefits He sits outside Bonkers shop, Tesco at Hindley and Hindley Green and Aldi at Hindley Green and Leigh Aldi to mention a few. He asks for 40p for his busfare then goes in the bookies when he gets enough. SCUM.
