jo anne i love your comment about the planning and heritage dept being disconnected. with the demise of wigan town centre over the past thirty odd years ,i question were the ever connected.
the peoples party labour, who never ever listen to the people.
i am still smarting about the non consultation that occurred in 2019 about the great new planned improvements to poolstock lane.no one i know as ever heard about this so called peoples involvement.
last week i went to tesco's in wigan using poolstock lane, a mile long car conga travelling at 18 miles per hour. maybe the folk back in the 1820's may have been impressed by 18mph but the conga trail where most definitely not.
