ADMIN : Can't these clown's at Wigan Clowncil not see they have almost "RIPPED THE HEART OUT WIGAN " On the plan's there is nothing showing any sort of a new public house's why , But on another tack surely should all these plan's /proposal's be put to the good people of the BOROUGH ! By having a vote on the very topic. After all they are quick in sending out things ie CARDS FOR VOTING IN THE COUNCILLORS /GENERAL MPs SO WHY CAN'T WE THE PEOPLE HAVE OUR SAY AND DO NOT MAKE IT A COMPUTER THING WHERE THERE ARE A LOT WHO DON'T HAVE SUCH CONTRAPTIONS I SINCERLY WISH THIS WOULD HAPPEN AS IT'S BEEN FAR TO LONG SINCE WIGANER'S HAD THEIR SAY ,LETS MAKE A STAND AND STAND UP FOR WIGAN TOWN (OUR TOWN) CENTRE BUT MAINLY TO PUT A STOP TO ALL THIS HUGE BORROWING FROM CHINA , AS THEY ARE GOING TO BE FINANCING IT ,, HAVE THEY NOT DONE ENOUGH DAMMAGE TO THE WORLD WITH THEM SPREADING THIS DAMNED CO-VID ,COME ON YER WIGANER'S ...GB AND NOT SORRY FOR CAPITOL LETTERS ......
