By the way, here is something for Tonker to argue about:
“The Standish Village Conservation Area, and Cross Street in particular, have been studied in detail. Other local housing developments have been visited and considered as case studies.”
Didn't he adamantly argue that Standish is a TOWN and not a VILLAGE?
