Pennington Flash Marina ......

....... writes a Wigan Peers member, as a title to a thread.
But, what do these people know? Not a lot, it seems.

The marina is on the Leeds Liverpool Canal, not Pennington Flash, and is on the opposite side of the canal, quite a distance from Pennington Flash. No connection.
The Marina is in Westleigh, Pennington Flash is in Lowton.

Imean, you wouldn't call Wigan Cemetery "Scotman's Flash Cemerery". Would you?

Pennington is the name of the area or thereabouts. I thought the Marina was ‘Pennington Wharf Marina’ but it now seems to be called ‘Pennington Waterside and Marina’ - www.aquavista.com:

And it's in Westleigh.

That part of Pennington Flash is in Lowton. Not a part of Leigh.

We park on Pennington Flash car park, then walk up to the L & L Canal, turn left and walk to the Marina.
It is a very pleasant place to be.

It joins the Bridgewater Canal at Leigh bridge.

I can assure you I am no one’s messenger boy. I use both sites. WW has gone downhill since the night of the long knives a good few years ago. Same old,same old lots of the time. Mac, I believe, was one of those to go that night. Prior to that he had been a big help to lots of members in here.

And he has been nasty to a lot of members.

When are you going to start ignoring and distancing yourself from those you intend to bring a "case" ( ) of cyberstalking against?

Anyone defending "the accused" would argue that you are still provoking those concerned and are in fact actually inviting comments from them rather than unwantedly receiving them, the above being an example If you want this case to move on and be successful on your part you really do need to stop engaging with us, provoking us further and talking about us and to start keeping away from us, both here and on t`other side and demonstrate you are doing all you can to avoid contact in any way shape or form.

Only then can you say you have removed yourself fully from the situation and attempt to prove unwanted attention and harassment is taking place and let indisputable (and unprovoked one hopes) evidence build up to a sufficient level to secure a successful conviction,

I am no real legal expert but if I was acting for you this would be my first recommendation. Obviously you feel you are being continually harassed and bullied and that the nasty things we say must be bringing down your quality of life and making you feel threatened and insecure otherwise you wouldn't be taking this course of action so I am surprised your solicitor friend hasn't told you something similar Mind if ask under which piece of legislation you are basing the case?
