Yorkshire pudding

Started by: britboy (6794)

I can remember visiting Hollinsworth lake between Milnrow and Littleborough, in fact I think I stayed a couple of nights at the camp site, there was a cafe at the side of the lake that sold Yorkshire puddings the size of a dinner plate, they put thick link sausage in them and gravy over the lot, just filled it up, the only time I liked Yorkshires. Anyone recall the place?

I just remembered they used Cumberland sausage , nice long pieces cut of a ring of sausage. delicious
