manchester airport

Are there problems at Manchester Airport there are a lot of planes stacked and circling over Ashton/Blackburn/ Macclesfield according to Flightradar24.Over the last 1/2hr 10planes circling on the map it looks has though some one as been scribbling all over it

Could it be the aftermath of the Lufthansa strike since Wednesday which affected Germany.
