That my re-joining WW is upsetting some people. So far most of my threads have been filled with snide remarks, on the majority of my posts yet more comments, apparently I have a gang. It's no fun being trolled every time I log into WW, this I lay the blame fully at the feet of Basil Brush. If need be I shall bring up every thread and post he/she/they have trolled me on to prove so. Basil Brush has done the same to others and myself over the years, he/she/they never stop, I have ignored the trolling since returning but it's constant, the latest instalment aimed at me is this.

I think all of us who post have detractors. If I were to get someone whose views I respected constantly disagreeing with my posts it would at some point cause me to look at what I am posting but if they were insignificant, non opinionated posters it wouldn't concern me one iota. Carry on posting. Hopefully Management will root out the non contributors at some time but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I suppose it may be because I posted quite prolifically when I came back. One or two who had not bothered posting for some time seemed to think it was some kind of competition and suddenly sprang into life, a tad childish but there you go. I'm not here for anyone's approval, I don't need or crave it as some do.

To all who are looking in from WW, no matter what Paul is suggesting about the Aadil Khan post on the Guestbook I can assure you the post was created by me 'Joseph' and no one else. It is impossible for it to have been printed/typed anywhere else before the 18th July 2015 as I had only typed it out on the Guestbook that very day. So I suggest that 'Paul' is an untrustworthy liar of the highest order, but he knows that and the truth of the matter. He would need to get up very early to get one over on me. I swear by all that I hold dear to me that that I am telling the truth and may I loose it all if I am lying.

I will not be made out to be a liar by someone who uses the plight of homeless soldiers or any other forces personnel to belittle others of a different race, religion or colour. You trolled Paul from the guest book because you did not agree with his opinion, you impersonated someone else in the Aadil comment, and admitted that you did. Does it not count since you weren't a member at that time? Even though your post was deliberately directed at a member?

You have no higher moral ground in regards trolling.

I can't say I agree with all of the posts that Baz makes, because I don't, but he's just as entitled to his opinion about you as you believed you were entitled to an opinion about Paul.

I did not troll Paul at all I just made folk aware that he was a liar. He stated that he had seen the Aadil post on various other sites around the country. That is not trolling. I knew it was him as I took note of his IP but rather than out him myself I let others figure it out, which they soon did. Thanks for your concern.

Oh and by the way it was other unknown persons who posted pretending to be me.

Joseph, I agree with the comment in your OP, it's no fun being trolled.

You did troll Paul in the original post on the guest book. It was specifically posted for that purpose. You created the Aadil post and owned up to doing so. That was impersonating someone else was it not? It's still there, everything can be checked if people choose to do so.

Eront posted the IP address that the re-posts were from, it was ME that directly called Paul out about the fact that he was responsible for the re-posts. And Paul finally admitted responsibility for the re-posts.

At that time, I also suggested you should rejoin WW and debate your different opinions openly, because I find trolling childish. All this is easy enough to check, it's all still there.

You may have thought you had a genuine reason to troll Paul because you disagreed with his opinion,

I believe there's others but I'm not on here to cause trouble

I stopped going on here for a very long time because I was sick of the childish bickering. Since returning a week or so ago, things seemed to have improved and I have really enjoyed joining in with some interesting posts. However, I have been puzzled by contributions constantly harking back to "abuse" when there has been no abuse whatsoever on the posts in question. Why bring something up that has nothing to do with a post? It's as if the person is trying to provoke a reaction.....Why??

Well that has been an interesting read i must say but not being on here for long i am in the dark somewhat, but on what i have read the "joseph guy " sounds and admits his involvement and then there is Jazzy's thread which appears to know the full story as i say i don't know joseph but i think an apology would go along way.
Also i personally do not like being referred to as something under one's shoe , having said all that when i joined this site i stupidly thought that it was a coming together of Wiganer's and other's to talk chat exchange views and opinions with one another i am wondering if it's worth all this nastiness . What you read today is only a snippet. Basil Brush as he is currently known as has been banned three or four times and returns under different names. In his latest guise he has managed to control the nastiness for which he was always being banned. However as other people have said he contributes zilch and posts the same repetitive bilge day after day " good posters like me" "the gang are in town" etc. From my experience with him he is an out and out liar. When he returned as Basil Brush I asked him outright if he had been on here previously and he replied NO. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence could see that it was him.

It's better to let "some people" think they are right all the time, that way they won't get nasty.

No compulsion to read it. I wouldn't class an eye check as remotely interesting. But, hey, we all have opinions.

And that is it again... I have my opinions and respect others but stepping outside the bounds of common decency is something else altogether.

Who decides what is "common decency" We both do as they are what we want them to be.

Common decency and personal integrity I'm sure are things to strive for, there may be many distractions and distractors along the way but in my opinion they are goals worth working towards.

Short of appearing to be preaching to the great unwashed, opinions are varied and vast and need to be respected.
