POGBA

Started by: grimshaw (3998)

I know the interest in this post will be marginal given the subject matter but just thought i would chuck it in regardless.
Should pogba be allowed to go or do utd meet his demands .
His current contract has a year or less to run and Pochinetto at P S G is making overtures i understand .
Could be his agent winding up O G S .
Utd get S F A if he isnt sold and his contract ends .

If it were me I would get what I could for him NOW. if you could recoup some cash and get his wages off the book win/win. I haven’t got the stats to hand but I think he has missed a sizeable %age of games over the last couple of seasons. As an aside to the question I think he has had more poor games for United than outstanding games.

As a neutral - get rid and move on, he is too much of a distraction. As far as I know there aren't any other Billy Big Boots players on the team (fernandes aside) and they don't need this Diva causing unrest.

As a City fan - keep him, let him cause unrest and leave for nowt in twelve months, that would be funny.

What would be even funnier though is give him a new contract.

I would move him on soonest if possible.
O G S has a over inflated opinion of him although to be fair he does see him in training when he is fit.
And that itself is the problem .When he is fit, which is increasingly less often.
I understand from my pal who would know, that we have some outstanding academy players who are straining at the leash to be given a chance .
Perhaps O G S will follow fergie re the class of 92.

Pogba is a very good player. A good manager might get a better performance from him in my opinion.

Good player yes ,no doubt about it.We all know that .
Trouble is he dosnt show it enough to justify .
Rarely influences a game .Sulks and gets lost in games he should be running .

Hi i think you know what my views will be ,and that is before he runs the clock down Untd should get shut ,and use that money to help get Raphael Varane , from r/Madrid so far as we know the lad wants to come to united , so hurry up before season starts. I also agree with you about OGS he just seems to be obsessed with Pogba....I did not watch a lot of Euro's but when i saw France in my view he was shite ,,,( any comments?) We obviously don't know what goes on behind the inner sanctum , but i believe his heart lies elsewhere so on that basis let him go ....Finally Mr G .... I think you will remember the great midfielder's we have had pleasure in watching grace the O/T pitch they just went out there and did what was expected of them ,Keane/Scholes/ Butt i could fill the page i think yo get my drift SO my vote is let him go and quickly ......GB

Well said G B .
He is a disruptive influence with some squad members i understand so best to sell him now rather than wait .
He clearly wants away so i m o utd should let him go .

MR .G ... We seem to have been pre-emptied i see in today's D/Mirror the extra £100.000 on top of his £250.000 per week does not appear on his radar that would make one of the teak's highest earners,£350.000 per week he has told MAN U. He wants to go back home to France and play for PARIS SAINT -GERMAIN Both he and his agent Mino Raiola have snubbed UNITED... What message does this send to the youth of today?? I at the same time realise that these players careers are short and they have to negotiate a good salary ,, BUT come on does LOYALTY not appear anywhere with these people??? I just cannot get my head round £ 350.000 per week for 4/5 years !!There are a lot of other player's about but i will just mention 1 That is RYAN GIGGS Since the very start he has stayed at one club ,now thats what i call LOYALY ,And this pathetic specimin pogba does not know the meaning of the word ..So United please do us all a favour and get shut ..... I do have one item to mention before i close the book on this chapter and that's ,Should united not get somewhere near what they want for him ,,,,THEN if i were in charge Paul Pogba would SIT and ROT in the reserves even on that bench until next summer when he then can go for free and let us then see this superstar having not been able to play for 12 months ,,GOODBYE ,AND BLOODY GOOD RIDDANCE YOU SLEF CENTRED GIT !!!!!!!!GB

I cant get my head round the fact that utd consider him so highly .
He is so inferior to the likes of former Utd legends Robson and Keane and yet they have appeared in the recent past to be falling over themselves to wipe his arse.
Good to see G B posting on a regular basis .
You could never accuse him of fence sitting .
Well done G B .

He arrived with the attitude of a big star but soon found out this was a harder league.....then the sulks started and as already said he's had more non-descript games than good.....his agent, not him will decide his next move....typical Frenchman, let other folk do all the work......get rid and get summat back.

Well said Frecky ,practically everyone seems to be on the same page no matter who you support and i agree with you " He probably thought the prem league was a piece of cake "" But he soon found out he was/is just an ordinary sub-standard player , i wonder when he wants a shite does he ask
Mino Raiola .....GB

that raiola has to be the worst agent in the world . how is it allowed that an agent sets - up his own deal before making a deal for his player . just as a side note there not all like pogba as we had a gud un in eric

Scotty could easily fill the role t c .
I M O we cant go with 4 at the back AND two holding players .Attacking options are a tad limited with that AND it sends a negative message to opposition .
4 -1 -2 -3 is what i hope he goes for with both full backs encouraged to attack on the flank.
We shall see.

IT'S not very often i agree with L/G/ but on his remarks about the debt that MAN UNTD still owe is very alarming and aslo frightening. For my club and it's stature to be in such a mess after all these years we are still in debt ,and if we want any money for new player's we have to go with a begging bowl to the rotten glaziers .. I am in favour of the government making it law and putting it on the statute books banning all foreign owner's owning british clubs ... I would also like to go off track slightly and this action should also apply to all british manufacturing companies ,being flogged off to foreign greedy baskets ripping the country off !!! The DAY COULD NOT COME QUICK ENOUGH IF WE COULD CUT ALL TIES WITH THOSE ROTTEN GLAZIER BROS .....GB

Replied: 6th Aug 2021 at 15:18

the reason being alan is that the money that comes in is being cashed in by the glaziers & they are pocketing the money & not paying the loan off .but until there,s any court case & bailliffs move in they still own united.
