What a fantastic achievement by the club on retaining League One status after having the playing staff decimated in the last 9 months. Been the hardest season ever to get through but they did it!

Congratulations to WIGAN ATHLETIC on achieving their goal of remaing in the div 1 , after all that was thrown at them over the falsely deduction of those points well done and here's hoping for a better season next time cheers !!!!!GB

I was worried the last game I saw there was in the Championship and the next could have been League 2. Well done Wigan, against the odds, surviving in League 1. A credit to the Town. I now look forward to taking my seat in E2 in August :)

the team have battled well to avoid the drop.lets hope a little investment can stabilise our position within in league one to mount a challenge back to the championship.
