I'm surprised that no one has offered congratulations on Wigan warriors winning the League Leaders shield., and beating Sts to get it! . So well done Wigan !!!!

Maybe because there has been that much turmoil with the league and no supportors at the matches people are not interested. Just proves that not every body has Sky so cannot even watch any matches at home and pubs and clubs are shut

I'm a believer in the team that finishes top of the league should be champions, even if it's saint's.

i,m in agreeance with brasstoff . when you can win a championship from 5th place & deliberately save your players then call yourself champions it,s time to wrap-up.

I'm wondering if that situation happens in football....

if you win the premiership you win it . not in any playoff to decide who are champions.

But you can be champion of Europe and finish fifth in the previous season in your own country. If it were a true CHAMPIONS league the large majority wouldn’t be in there.

Exactly broady....and in every league there is the top SIX playoffs....as Peter Kay would say....what's all that about....

Mata, Gerard, Bale, Carragher and Torres all have Champions League winners medals but never Champions of their own league.

Great result. Can Wigan get another trophy next week? wouldn't that be grand?

Well played Wigan. Tough when they needed to be and absolutely ruthless whenever a glimmer of an opportunity presented itself, More of the same next week please.

Cracking game....Hull came out like a train and Wiggin did well to keep them out, but once Wiggin got into their stride they played beltin....

The official Championship Cup resides in WIGAN WARRIORS trophy cabinet that was back when people on here say that when one finishes top their particular league then they get the trophy not a hub cap like wigan have just got . Also could you imagine L/pool or any other clubs in the premer league getting an egg cup/or hub cap for finishing toop I DON'T THINK SO ! but yet these so-called administartors of the RFL/SUPER LEAGUE have decided in their wisdom to scrap the old system .,by all means have a play off between say top 4/6 but give merit where its deserved and thats finishing top you are "" THE CHAMPIONS"""
