Hoping to find infor on Baxters and higgins in goose green

Hi Minty my friend Kathleen knows a Phyllis Higgins she used to live in duke st; on goose green and all she knows of Baxters is that they had a toffee shop on the corner of Northumberland st; hope this can be of some use to you
