When I left Hindley Grammar School in 1955, I started my apprenticeship with the Electrician at the old Keystone Paint and Varnish Company in Platt Lane, Hindley. He was called Joe Derbyshire and lived with his wife Margaret and two daughters in Orrell. If anyone knows of him and his whereabouts in Canada I would be grateful.
