Topic Follow Ups

There is nothing more frustrating than People who post questions on this messageboard, and then never reply to the replies. Someone has recently asked for photographs of past mayors. I have spent some time in digging out some photos. I replied to the post. NOTHING. There are a lot of people, on this site, who give their time freely. Saving the questioner a great deal of time and probably money. Not to follow up their original enquiries is really annoying. I wonder if they had to pay for the information they would follow up their original enquiries?

The problem is. The people who go out of their way to help, will soon get disgruntled. Hence future posters asking for help won't get any!!!!!!!

It's the same as another site I often visit which tries to find cheaper geographical telephone numbers to the 0870/71 rip off, someone requests a number, I do a bit of detective work and sometimes come up with an alternative number for them. Rarely do I get any feedback.
