This despite the social workers, particularly Maggie Oliver and Sara Rowbotham, banging on doors and highlighting it everywhere.

Keir Starmer was the Head of the Service, the buck stopped with him, he was responsible. He KNEW what was happening, and did nothing.

Then we had "Three Girls" starring Maxine Peake as Maggie Oliver.

And yet, this is still going on. So I would suggest that Keir Starmer's "comprehensive restructuring" hasn't worked.

I haven't mentioned Jimmy Savile and don't see the connection here. I will not comment on him.

He was in the DPP role when it was happening, and he said he was going to comprehensively restructure the Crown Prosecution Service's response to sex grooming.

The Service he was head of was warned time and time again. It is all well documented.

So it is his fault, he didn't do enough. That is why he has distanced himself from it all. What needs to be done now is for all his failures to be overhauled.
