Two beautiful healthy sunflower plants delivered by Mr. tp yesterday. Well protected for the short journey from a to b. All I need to do now is look after them.
Thank you Tom.

Well done Dougie, I'm glad you put it up, You are an inspiration to folks in and around your age to the , 'use it or lose it' campaign, keep up the good work and also I'd like to say, your other half is looking fit as well, the first time a saw you together, I assumed it was your daughter, you are a great ambassador to Ashton ,

Never tried sunflowers, I like daffodils and bluebells.

AngelWood you do not have to buy the giant sunflowers. You can buy multi-headed sunflowers which are about 2ft tall

Are they still going Tom? I bought a heating system from them in 1984.
Replied: 23rd Apr 2022 at 23:17
Yes but not as well known because of all the devilments in central and more and more ' one man bands' that can do it cheaper, When I worked for them they were aiming to take over the Gas board as the Number one heating installer and service Team, They failed and became
just another choice

Im sure thats the guy who measured up my house prior to having to central heating fitted by Servowarm in the mid 1980's. Was his name John Barker?
Replied: 24th Apr 2022 at 15:00
Could have been sorry, he was always just John or JJ but if ever wonted his attention I would called him Mr Servowarm
