What's up with the communicate board, it's in and out like a fiddlers elbow and distracting at times.

The threads are ok, but the board itself is too wide.

I am no expert on these things, but it looks like Wigan World is now a fully adaptive website, and as such it will automatically fit to the browser of a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone, it is working perfectly on my phone, but before it would only be 'perfect' on me desktop browser.

If yoo minimise the browser window, and then drag the side arrows across making the window smaller, you will see the page jump to another size of page as the window goes smaller, it is easier if you do it at the corner of the window, and then you can adjust both the width and height of the window, and then if you drag the side arrows back, the opposite happens as the page becomes larger.

Tommy tee, you might have hit the nail on't yet, just this week i had problems with google with the screen going over to the right, I asked my neighbour to have a shuftie ( he's an IT wizard) and sorted it in a nano second,
double click the browser bar, then drag it where you like it,

momac

Go to 'History' in the menu part of your browser, and click on 'clear browser history' or the equivalent wording, then tick every box to be cleared apart from passwords, that might help
