I ordered four gift sets of Famous Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky, 70cl with a hats gloves and a glass. All delivered last evening minus the hats etc just the Whisky, got onto Amazon customer services and within 60 seconds got a non returnable items refund, happy days free whisky.

I've a similar story Terry I ordered an item £19.99 & in the package it said do not return,we'll send you a different one.I said I didn't want a different one but they're sending one anyway (their loss) I returned it this morning & refund is in my account

We ordered some extra shelves for a toaster oven which never arrived. Eventually they said they were out of stock and so they would send a brand new oven!!!! Which they did but the thought crossed my mind “ why didn’t they just take the shelves out of the new oven” They did say rather than return the old toaster oven cut off the plug and send that back.
