Anne, because the abuse in the 70s was so different from the ethnic group that has not integrated. Lots of them weren't here. Firstly, some of it was religious clerics, but what you are talking about is indigenous abuse. It was going on and the problem is that at that time it was localised and not seen.

Plus it was lots of men and one vulnerable young girl.
