I think this might’ve been discussed on WW before, but what is this logo and where can it be found in Wigan?

No, it’s not on WLT, Brasstoff. He does look theatrical though.

It's Noddy after he has taken methylenedioxy-methylamphetamine. (E)

I don’t know if he’s a clown, NanaJ, or Noddy even, Ena M. I’m hoping someone can tell us.

Whilst it’s spring I raise your Lego brick with a bunny on a pogo stick, Tonker.

A bigger clue as to where the logo is - I don’t know if it was there prior to the building’s current purpose.

The only thing that I can think of is that it is an ELF, which is warning of 'Extremely Low Frequency' radiation.

ELF

That’s the building, TTS!

Green Street electricity substation, Wigan
The 33 kilovolts Electricity North West substation is in a brick building extending for 30 metres along Green Street. The Leeds & Liverpool Canal is below the back of the building.

Any idea about the logo, TTS?

I like your thinking, TTS, he could be an ELF.

driven past a million times & never noticed that building. Will look again tomorrow as due a visit to the Range. Knew someone worked in next door no.102 customs & excise office in the mid 80's. All the civil servants there apparently used to go get wasted down King street every Friday afternoon, go back work for couple hours then back t'pub.!
