For rossy.

I see from your profile that you used to live in the houses in front of the dog track on Woodhouse Lane. I was wondering if you knew my grandmother and grandfather.

They lived at 302a, next door to the chippy.

Me and my brothers and sisters used to play on the dog track when we were kids.

Their names were Annie and Bert Dawber. I remember Tommy Walford, he had a son, I think his name was Brian.

Small world isn't it?

Thanks for that rossy. It could well be my grandma. Judging her height, using the gate posts as a guide, she is about the right height, not very tall.
