Comments: Born Wigan, brought up in Parbold, school in Ormskirk, left Lancashire in 1981 and have never managed to make it back. Now down in London -- clearly I sinned in a previous life to be forced out of Eden. And jolly fed up of people asking me if I'm from Leeds. What's that all about?

I miss: Definately the chippies. the gravy isn't the same down here. Good nights out, old mates. Its wierd, you expect everyone to still be in your local when you come home to visit but everyone moves on. I think that most people who move away like me end up walking through the town and looking for old faces when they return. This site could be a godsend i reckon.
