Thank you very much Winnie I hadn't seen the last census. I always thought Fred was Edna’s cousin with having a 10 year gap between them. The last one is very interesting. I was led to believe Samuel worked on the railway. Also I knew another child had died. I know Ellen Pepper M in L was a Bannister before marriage and came from Lathom.
Actually out of 9 children 2 survived…no wonder poor mother died at 41 in 1921 . Most of the children who died were around the year of 1918 / 1919 / 1920. I wonder if it was because of the Influenza at that time.
