THIS IMAGE IS ALREADY ON THE SITE BUT THIS IS A BIGGER AND CLEARER IMAGE THE PREMISES OF BARLOW AND MEADEN, WERE SOON TO BE DEMOLISHED TO ENABLE LIBRARY STREET TO BE BUILT . THE BUILDING ON THE RIGHT IS THE OLD TOWN HALL AND SHAMBLES

Hunter’s was in the Market Place for many a year, not far from Baker’s Jewellers, where my wife worked.
