Another interesting picture Ron, Carnegie Library at the top of the hill.
The two cyclists are freewheeling down the hill between the tramlines,
perhaps it was a smoother surface than the rest of the road. Ray.

Could well have been smoother Ray, and probably no horse droppings either which the road on the right of the photo seems to have lots.
