This photo carries the inscription "new Primitive Methodist Chapel, Manley St, Lower Ince. M Hayton July 1st 1908". This came from my grandmother Mary Ann Evans ( nee Hayton ).

I think this building might be a community centre now,I have passed it on the way to visiting my cousin.

It is Elizabeth, I've just been looking on Google and it looks very different now comparing the photos of then and now, it's now very weather worn. In the 1980s when I was at the council at Christopher Street they distributed the local OAP meals on wheels from here, I can't remember when the council stopped providing that service, though more than likely it was one of the first to go along with the care homes they then ran.

Must have driven up this street hundreds of times and must admit I have never noticed it.. I have had to look on Google maps to see where it was..
