This was taken by the shop fitters as the new frontage was being planned. Writing says for the sign to be removed. Note all the tobacco and cigarette advertising. We must have just got an outdoor licence as there is a note in the window.

I used to go here all the time in the 60s and earlier also my mam got bread on the step from him nice man
