I think it's heading towards ince moss Walt, Bryn housing estate to the right. I think the bridge is on Bryn road.

It's coming through Bryn Station. You can see the platform, buildings, the steps down, and the Wigan Road double bridge (as was) in background

Looks earlier than '70's.
I thought the slag heaps had gone by late '60's.
