Looks like one of the rich kids on trolley, What we had was one made with old pram wheels and fruit boxes from Wigan market,
Ince Man I was around the same time just a few years younger. Lived corner of Warrington Rd & Preston St. Brother was Chris Roberts. You would have known Paul Taylor, Neil Atherton Stephen Meadows, Jimmy Blinkhorn, Billy Littler Ray Wallace etc all from James St

I also used to live in James st number 9. Some of the names mentioned I also know, Billy Littler and Neil Atherton, I was in the same yr as Neil's brother Mark at Britania Bridge. Who is the kid in the pic, I may know you! I used to mate round with Billy's sister, Susie!
That brings back so many memories. We had relatives on Alfred Street, the Websters, and were there often.
